Nose: Open to aromas of acacia flowers and honey.

Palate: Supple, fuity and balanced. Notes of pear and citrus fruit. Beautiful minerality, typical of this great terroir

The epicurean: There’s no fire in the lake! Comfortably seated in a Cuba club, a Cohiba in one hand and a glass of Calamin in the other. If life isn’t beautiful, it’s hard to understand.

Storage advice: It will not clutter up your cellar for long, but remember to forget a few and we’ll talk about it again in a few years.
